This stage of pregnancy is the most important for women and with lots of experience till 28th week and they will be entering this 3rd trimester of their pregnancy, this starts from 29th week and it is till 40th week and it is the last stage of the pregnancy. In this stage baby is well grown up and its all five sense will be working and you may not feel like sleeping because your baby will not allow you’re to sleep. Your baby will be moving inside your womb and you can feel it too at the 38th week the head of the baby’s position will turn and baby is ready to come out and see the new world. One of the biggest happening and the best moment for the women is the first trimester that your pregnancy and giving birth to a baby. In this 1st trimester you and your baby will face amazing changes and it is the beautiful moment and well as you will face many discomforts also. You will notify many physical changes in your body and there will be many changes taking place in your womb also, we will be surprised when we see the changes taking place in the womb. You will be facing the pregnancy symptoms in this first trimester like tenderness of the breasts, progesterone are produced during the first trimester of the early pregnancy.

Cravings Not Always Must is obeyed!

“Demand for mothers who crave to be met, otherwise the baby will often salivating,” was the advice that is often posed to pregnant women. According to Dr. Handrawan Nadesul, author of Raising Baby so Smart kid, not all women crave desire that needs to be met.

In the seminar, women health, “School” Being a Woman, Saturday, December 18, 2010 at The Park Residence, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, dr Handrawan explained that the desire for cravings is a natural thing happens in the mother. “Desire to eat something special at the moment pregnancy could happen. It can reflect something, “he explained.

Signs that You are Pregnant

After a couple of baby making sex with your partner, it is time for you to check whether your considerable planning for pregnancy ended with good results. If a baby develops inside your womb, you will feel some early pregnancy signs. It is time for you to prepare for your pregnancy both physically as well as psychologically. Now your body is not yours alone. There are some activities as well as food that you should take and you should avoid in order to keep yourself and your baby healthy.

There are various pregnancy signs that you could look out for. The first and the most obvious sign is the changes in your breasts. Your breast will start grow. This is in preparation for nursing your baby. Furthermore, you will notice that your areolas are darker because of hormonal changes. In addition, there will be small bumps like pimples that will appear on your areola. These are called Montgomery’s tubercules that normally fades away after pregnancy. You may also see small blood vessels underneath the skin of your breast. Aside from breast changes, you will also have a roller coaster of emotions and mood swings. These are but just normal because of the increase in hormone levels. Another significant sign is morning sickness. You may have nausea and vomiting. You can take in crackers before going up from bed to remedy morning sickness.
