Going to the Carnival
Friday, October 7th, 2011
If there is one summer tradition that everyone loves it is a trip to the local carnival. Each year the carnival comes to town and sets up their rides and shaved ice machine. While the games may be crooked and the rides can be dangerous, everyone loves a carnival. Here are just a few of the highlights of a family trip to the carnival:
Food Carnival food consists of hot dogs, cotton candy, and an ice shaver machine. While it is certainly not good for you, it sure tastes good so put the diet aside on the day that you visit the carnival. Stuff up a few corn dogs and wash it down with a fried Twinkie.
Rides The rides are usually the highlight of any carnival. The merry go round is tame but the roller coaster that almost looks like it could collapse is a thrill a minute. Be sure to hit all of the rides if possible, an unlimited ride wristband is your best value when it comes to the rides.
Going to the local carnival is great fun for you and your family. Be sure to eat a few corn dogs, and hit the electric snow cone maker before you climb on the rides. Have a great night and make some special family memories.
